Small Hall

  • Licensed capacity 150
  • $339.00 ($300.00 + $39.00 HST)

Large Hall
  • Licensed capacity 380
  • $452.00 ($400.00 + $52.00 HST)

Sunday to Thursday Rates

Either hall with or without bar

  • $226.00 ($200.00 + $26.00 HST)

Kitchen Rates
 
Full Kitchen
  • includes dishes, pots, cutlery, stove, fridge, etc.
  • $169.50 ($150.00 + $19.50 HST)
Full Kitchen requires $75.00 security cash deposit which is returned if all items are returned in good condition and the kitchen is left clean.

Half Kitchen Counter and Fridge Space
  • $56.50 ($50.00 + $6.50 HST)

Stove for Heating (When not a full kitchen rental)
  • $28.25 ($25.00 + $3.25 HST)
There is a $25.00 cash security deposit fee which is returned if the counters, kitchen and fridge are left clean.
